New Phase in Southeast Michigan Community Gives Buyers Housing Options
Allen Edwin Homes has broken ground on a new phase of homes in Howell with the hopes to provide new price points for buyers.
HOWELL, Mich, July 16, 2019- Allen Edwin Homes, has broken ground on a new phase in Marion Creek in Howell. Marion Creek is located in the Howell School District on Weatherstone Lane, off of Peavy Road south of I-96. The neighborhood offers homebuyers 27 different floorplans ranging from ranches to two story homes with pricing starting from $225,495.
Allen Edwin Homes’ new phase was developed and opened after phase 1 sold all 33 home sites in less than 18 months. Currently in Howell, there is less than 1.2 months’ worth of supply available from $220,000 to $240,000. This price point is severely underserved in the market. Given the low supply of homes plus the proximity to downtown Howell, Marion Creek is projected to meet a buyer’s market in a growing area of Livingston County. This new phase includes 27 home sites with additional phases to be developed in the coming years.
