Allen Edwin Homes provides a 10 year structural warranty on all new homes. This speaks to Allen Edwin Homes’ commitment to quality. Allen Edwin Homes received approval for membership in the Residential Warranty Company, LLC (RWC) program. RWC provides extended insured written warranty protection on new homes nationwide. The 10-year insurance policy, normally an additional cost to home buyers, is being provided free of charge for all new Allen Edwin homeowners.
We are proud to offer new homes that have earned the RESNET Energy Smart label. Our HERs rated new homes are substantially more energy efficient than homes built to the minimum code requirements. Our RESNET Energy Smart new homes are independently verified by a third-party Home Energy Rater to ensure they meet energy efficiency guidelines. These homes are better for the environment and better for you.

An additional benefit of Centralized Scheduling and Smart Flow is the opportunity to optimize the process of home delivery. Just in time delivery practices are utilized to decrease inventory and lower delivery costs. In addition, by paying our vendors weekly, we’re able to receive early payment discounts and attract top suppliers at better prices. Once again, by being smarter we are decreasing costs while increasing quality.
