As we anxiously await the return of warm weather, the Customer Care Department would like to share some helpful reminders for weather-sensitive issues. We recommend reviewing our New Home Care Guidelines document for additional information.

New Home Care Guidelines

Please take a moment to help ensure your home is ready for the seasonal changes.

Change humidifier mode from winter to summer
A dehumidifier may be needed to help with moisture during seasonal changes
Change your furnace filter if needed
Test your AC unit once temperatures reach suitable temperatures prior to daily use
For troubleshooting, please refer to the New Home Care Guidelines
Clean the condenser unit of any debris
Check exterior vents for blockages
Birds are notorious for nesting in vents, contact pest control company if this happens
Test your sump pump and make sure the discharge on the exterior is clear of debris
Complete any interior and exterior caulking as needed
Refer to the Spring Escrow section on our website under Homeowners corner, if you are awaiting exterior items to be completed
