After Normal Hours:

In the event of an evening or weekend emergency which poses an immediate health or safety issue, the after hours pager number is available to you to request emergency service. This number is 1-866-644-4919. An Allen Edwin Homes representative will return your page as soon as possible. If it is determined the request is an emergency, appropriate action will be taken.

In the event of an Emergency

Whole House Power Outage: Contact your local utilities provider. 

Gas Leak: Contact your local utilities provider. 

No Water: Contact your local water department

  • Thorough system checks before you move in: From foundation and framing to plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, every home goes through detailed inspections and testing to help ensure everything is performing as intended at closing.
  • Built for long-term performance: We use proven construction practices, quality materials, and energy-efficient systems designed to support durability, comfort, and efficiency over time.
  • Clear communication from the start: Options like plumbing rough-ins, structural features, and system layouts are explained upfront so you understand exactly what is included and how your home is designed to function.

Ongoing homeowner guidance: We provide helpful information on what to monitor after move-in—from mechanical systems to seasonal maintenance—and how to quickly request service if something needs attention.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC) 

The Architectural Control Committee ensures that all projects adhere to the governing documents and restrictions, promoting consistency and uniformity throughout our communities. Any exterior modifications to your home or property require ACC review and approval before starting any work. 

You can submit your requests online at https://portal.allenedwin.com/ACCRequest or by completing and returning this form to the Architectural Control Committee. Please include a bird’s eye view drawing that shows the location and dimensions of the proposed changes, along with any additional supplemental information.
