In the event of an evening or weekend emergency which poses an immediate health or safety issue, the after hours pager number is available to you to request emergency service. This number is 1-866-644-4919. An Allen Edwin Homes representative will return your page as soon as possible. If it is determined the request is an emergency, appropriate action will be taken.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Architectural Control Committee ensures that all projects adhere to the governing documents and restrictions, promoting consistency and uniformity throughout our communities. Any exterior modifications to your home or property require ACC review and approval before starting any work.
You can submit your requests online at https://portal.allenedwin.com/ACCRequest or by completing and returning this form to the Architectural Control Committee. Please include a bird’s eye view drawing that shows the location and dimensions of the proposed changes, along with any additional supplemental information.
