ALLEN EDWIN HOMES TO BRING NEW HOMES TO MARION TOWNSHIP
PORTAGE, Mich, January 17, 2017- Allen Edwin Homes has announced plans for a new community that will bring over 90 new homes to the Howell school district in 2018. The community, Marion Creek, is in Marion Township, located off of Peavey Road, south of I-96. Ground breaking is scheduled to begin in January, with a Grand Opening on Saturday, Jan. 20 from 12-2 p.m.
Marion Creek will offer a variety of floorplans including options from the popular Elements and Traditions portfolio from Allen Edwin. Floor plans from 2,000 to over 3,300 square feet of living space. Pricing starts the $280’s for Marion Creek.

Aside from the benefits of a newly built home, buyers also have the significant advantage that water and sewer special assessments have already been pre-paid. This means they will not be required on winter taxes for homeowners.
